Okay boys here we go. Up for sale today is the extraordinary lightly used and played with very little Mattel Shootin Shell 45 Cap Gun. This Mattel Shootin Shell 45 works as a single action or double action which is why it is such a special cap gun. The gun is tight like it was when it was first made. The chrome finish is in excellent condition. Maybe the only minor spots of wear are from being ocassionally handled and being vintage. Staghorn grips look great, and if you look hard, you will find a minut tight crack on the right grip. Extractor is present and working.
The toy gun works great. For single action you pull the hammer back, the cylinger rotates, the hammer stays back until you fire the gun. For double action just pull the trigger and the cylinder will rotate and the cap gun will fire. And did I mention the cap gun has a half cock for loading. The cap gun works well with mattel shootin shell two piece play bullets or you can use the one piece bullets with greenie stickum caps. All of these accessories are available on this website.
